Colm Lowndes

Colm Lowndes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and services, currently serving as Senior Director at Infosys BPM since September 2016. In this role, Colm oversees shared services and commercial finance across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, and America, while managing a global team of over 2,000. Colm’s leadership has been instrumental in transforming outsourcing service delivery for major clients such as Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, and Google. Prior to Infosys, Colm held positions as Global BI & WFM Manager at Arvato Services and Process Operations Director at Promech / Blackswan, among others. Colm holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Diploma in Advanced Computer Programming from Trinity College Dublin.
