Dr Monisha Borthakur

Dr. Monisha Borthakur is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, client services, and consulting, currently serving as Director of Sales and Client Services at Infosys Ltd since March 2012, focusing on large-scale accounts in the Government sector. Prior to this role, Dr. Borthakur held the position of COO at CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd and was Assistant Vice President at IL&FS (e-Gov), specializing in infrastructure development and project execution. Dr. Borthakur began the career as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers India Ltd, where significant contributions were made to public and private sector clients. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Dibrugarh University, an MBA from FORE School of Management, and participation in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
