Nandini Sharma

Nandini Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organization development, compensation, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Lead in Organisation Development at Infosys since August 2024, Nandini previously held the position of Sr. Executive in Compensation & Benefits at Suzlon Group from December 2021 to July 2024. Nandini's HR expertise encompasses performance management, employee life cycle management, and end-to-end recruitment processes, having worked in various capacities at The Man Company and Zentek Infosoft. Nandini began a career as a Regional HR Coordinator at Usha International, where responsibilities included managing recruitment cycles. Nandini holds an Executive Development Programme in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from Rajasthan Technical University.
