Oommen Thomas

Oommen Thomas possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and advisory roles, currently serving as Director and Head of Cybersecurity Consulting & Advisory Delivery and GRC Practice at Infosys since February 2006. Oommen previously held the position of Group Manager, Head of GRC Practice - Cybersecurity, and has contributed as a Senior Project Manager. In addition to these roles, Oommen co-chairs the IAPP Pune KnowledgeNet Chapter and is a member of the Diversity in Privacy Advisory Board. Prior to Infosys, Oommen worked as a Technical Consultant at Net2Net Solutions and as a Lead Systems/Database Administrator at Imagine Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MCA in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and participation in a Leadership Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
