Prathiksha V R is a Technology Analyst at Infosys since July 2021, specializing in supporting global customers with Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive for Business, as well as managing permissions for various mailbox types. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior System Engineer resolving customer issues related to Office 365 and as an Exchange Administrator at ITC Infotech, where responsibilities encompassed managing Exchange Online user mailboxes and permissions. Prathiksha began the career with an inplant training at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and holds a Master's in Network Administration, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
