Semra Barutchu

Semra Barutchu is the VP & Head of Engineering Services ASIA at Infosys. Semra has previously worked as the Management Committee/Board - Infrastructure Lead at Women in ICT Australia Inc. (FITT) and as the Account Director, Telstra Enterprise & Strategic Alliances at Ciena. Carrier Packet Networks was their first job out of college, where they worked as the Senior Sales Engineer, Internet Solutions, Nortel Asia. Semra has been working in the ICT industry for over 20 years and has experience in a range of different areas, including customer presentations, network design, trial support, tender responses, and more.

Semra Barutchu's educational career includes completing the AICD's Director Professional Development (DPD) program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an executive leadership program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Melbourne Business School. Semra also has a Bach of Engineering in Communications from La Trobe University.
