Shreya Goswami currently serves as the Partner Data & AI Strategy and Solutions APAC at Infosys, starting in November 2024. Previously, Shreya held the position of Director of Data Analytics & AI for Microsoft Australia New Zealand from January 2021 to October 2024, focusing on sustainable growth and performance in Data & AI services. Earlier experience includes leading the Data & AI initiatives for the Middle East & Africa region at Microsoft, and serving as Chief Data Officer at Absa Group, where Shreya established a world-class data analytics organization across nine African countries. Shreya's career also includes key roles at Barclays, emphasizing sales excellence and customer experience. Shreya's academic credentials comprise certifications and degrees from renowned institutions, including the University of Cambridge and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
