Tanuja

Tanuja has over 20 years of HR experience, currently serving as AVP HR at Infosys since December 2007, where responsibilities include leading HR functions in IT and ITES/BPO, focusing on HR strategy, recruitment, employer branding, and HR analytics. Prior to Infosys, Tanuja worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Wipro Technologies from June 2005 to December 2007, managing staffing, executive hiring, and HR process automation. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Tanuja focused on employee engagement and recruitment. Tanuja holds an MBA in HR from SIBM and a BSc in Statistics from Fergusson College.
