Michele Hemric

Michele Hemric is the AVP of HR & Organizational Effectiveness at Builders Mutual Insurance Company, where Michele oversees various HR functions and ensures alignment with the company's strategy. Michele also serves as the Director of Training & Development at Builders University. Previously, Michele held various leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on territory management training and sales leadership development. Michele's experience also includes managing sales force automation training events at TRG. Michele holds a Human Resource Certificate from Duke University, a Business Coaching Certificate from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies & French from Meredith College.
