Roland Hänel is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in operations and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at infoteam Software AG since April 2025, Roland previously held the positions of Managing Director & CTO and VP of Embedded Engineering at grandcentrix from April 2020 to April 2025. Prior to that, Roland was Technical Director at Q-loud GmbH from January 2016 to April 2020 and held various roles at QSC AG from May 2001 to January 2016, including Leiter Netzdesign. Roland began their career as Technischer Leiter at GINKO AG from January 1996 to May 2001. Roland received a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where studies were completed from September 1996 to May 2001.
