Jeff Hisem

Jeff Hisem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy analysis and civil engineering. Since August 2019, Jeff has served as a Senior Strategy Analyst and private consultant at Infotech Inc. Prior to this, Jeff dedicated over three decades to the Ohio Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included roles as Administrator and the Administrator of the Office of Estimating, culminating in retirement in October 2018. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, earned between 1970 and 1975.
