Sara Sartain Walters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and training design. Currently serving as a Senior Content Analyst at Infotech since September 2017, Sara collaborates with business analysts and software engineers to evaluate documentation changes and establish single-source documentation strategies. Prior to this, Sara held various roles in training design and delivery across multiple organizations, including The ReddRaven Group, C3i, and inVentiv Health, where expertise was honed in developing training curricula for the pharmaceutical industry. Sara transitioned from full-time employment to consulting after gaining significant experience, culminating in over sixteen years of consulting in learning and development. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
