Tram Nguyen began their career in 2018 as a Life Skill Mentor at Human Care Services. That same year, they began working as a Social Media Manager at Ingrem US. In 2021, Tram became a Consultant at Progressive Insurance, and in 2022 they began working as a Technical Recruiter at Infotech Solutions. At Infotech Solutions, Tram is responsible for placing technology professionals into roles such as Software Developers, Quantitative Analysts, Programmer Analysts, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Developers, Technical Leads, Development Directors, Network Engineers, and System Administrators.

Tram Nguyen attended Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geosciences.
