Cat Marquez-Montas serves as the Talent Relations and Operations Director at InfoTechSVP, having joined in May 2023. Previously, Cat completed a Junior Software Engineer Training at TLG Learning and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon through a military spouse fellowship program. With a diverse background, Cat also held roles as a Veteran Staffing Consultant with Work For Warriors, a Test Engineer at General Dynamics NASSCO, and a mentor for military families with USMC Families. Cat's extensive military experience includes serving in the US Navy for 16 years, culminating in the role of Weapon Delivery Systems and Security Tactics Director. Cat's educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies at Arizona State University and an Associate’s degree in Business from Coastline College.
