Alain Rivard

Alain Rivard is Info-Tech Research Group’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving client retention and new business sales for the Engage and Acquire teams. Based in Quebec, Canada, Alain applies proven best practices that drive growth, improve retention, and positively impact customers. He does this by incorporating feedback from clients and partners into internal recommendations on process improvements, marketing communications, and product strategy.

Alain joined Info-Tech in 2020 as a solutions-oriented professional with over 30 years of sales and leadership experience. Prior to Info-Tech, he was Group Vice President of Sales for North and South America and Worldwide Sales Supply Chain with Gartner, where he managed over 900 employees and overachieved targets every year.
