Alex Ciraco

Alex Ciraco serves as Principal Advisory Director at Info-Tech Research Group since August 2019, focusing on mentoring Agile teams worldwide and developing an Agile Mentoring service. As President of AC Consulting since January 2009, Alex oversees various consulting initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director for Instrument Software at PerkinElmer, Inc., where global software development capabilities were enhanced for multiple analytical instrument product lines, and Solution Architect at Telus Health, leading the design of a Medication Payment Adjudication system. Other notable positions include Director of Software/Firmware Engineering at Smiths Detection, where Alex led the development of a flagship explosives/narcotics detector, and multiple influential roles at eHealth Ontario, including VP Architecture. Alex holds a BMath in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
