Christine West is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services and professional sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Partner at Info-Tech Research Group, Christine leads a team of executive technology advisors focused on delivering exceptional value to clients in the financial and professional services markets. Previous roles include leadership positions at Microsoft, where Christine managed the Customer Success team for Modern Work, and Canada Life, where responsibilities included technology strategy and delivery within the Individual Customer business and oversight of Desktop & Collaboration technologies. Christine has also held significant roles at Manulife Financial, achieving accolades such as the Silver Stevie Award for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service. Christine holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Western University.
