Heidi Norton

Heidi Norton has over two decades of experience in the IT and client services sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Member Services at Info-Tech Research Group since October 2011. In this role, Heidi has contributed significantly to the organization's reputation as a global leader in IT research and advisory services. Prior to this position, Heidi held various roles at Info-Tech Research Group, including Director of Member Services and Account Management. Heidi's career began at Bell, where from June 2000 to September 2011, Heidi worked as a Consumer Client Representative, gaining valuable experience in client relations.
