Efren Romo

Efren Romo has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as the Director of GBS Member Services for Europe & Africa and the Director of GBS Americas Engagement Center Operations at Herbalife. Previous roles include Regional Manager of Americas Payroll Operations, Global Program Manager, and Project & Process Manager at HP. Additionally, Efren has held several management positions at Teleperformance, including Site Operations Manager and Account Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Administration and Business Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad de Guadalajara.
