Melissa Guzzo

Melissa Guzzo is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in federal sales and business development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Federal Sales at Info-Tech Research Group since January 2021, Melissa previously held the role of Regional Director and has a proven track record in enterprise sales with ScreenSteps. Prior positions include Managing Director of Strategic Engagement at Hanover Research, Account Executive at BackOffice Associates®, and Business Development Manager at WARC. Melissa’s early career includes roles at Gartner, where responsibilities included Area Manager and Account Manager, as well as Franchise Marketing Consultant at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2001.
