Paul Ruth

Paul Ruth is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in advisory and leadership roles across government and education sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Counselor at Info-Tech Research Group since November 2021, Paul provides strategic counsel and customized support to CIOs and senior IT executives. Previously, Paul worked as a Consultant at PWR Consulting, offering senior advisory services focused on strategic planning and organizational change management. As an Executive Partner at Gartner, Paul helped CIOs and technology leaders enhance business outcomes. Paul was the CIO for the Georgia Department of Public Health, overseeing IT operations to support the agency's health initiatives, and served as the Director of Information Services for Cobb County, managing technology strategy and operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Kennesaw State University, graduated cum laude.
