Rick Pittman

Rick Pittman is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Research Advisory at Info-Tech Research Group since May 2019, Rick previously held the role of VP, CIO Research. Prior to that, Rick founded Pittman Consulting Inc. and provided consultancy services in the Wealth Management space. At Mackenzie Investments from 2008 to 2016, Rick was VP of Information Services, overseeing a team of over 100 staff with a significant budget management responsibility. Earlier roles include SVP of Software Engineering Services at Citi, SVP of Application Development at International Financial Data Services, and VP of IT at Franklin Templeton Investments. Rick began a career in technology as a Technical Analyst at Speedy Auto Service, following a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
