Ryan Frook

Ryan Frook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member services, sales, and research within the hospitality and consulting sectors. At Info-Tech Research Group since November 2012, Ryan has held several key positions, including Senior Member Services Director and Senior Director of Sales, Innovation & Global Channels, and has effectively collaborated with various business units to achieve stakeholder goals. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Consultant at PKF Consulting Inc., conducting market research for Canadian Hotel and Tourism Agencies, and a position as a Reservations Sales Specialist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where Ryan facilitated accommodation planning for diverse clients. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and further education from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
