Johnny Alexander Gunneng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Johnny Alexander currently serves as a Board Member at ivolv cybersecurity, a premier cyber security company. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at InfoTiles, a Nordic independent software vendor specializing in data integration and visualization. Before that, Johnny worked as a Managing Consultant at Greenbird Consulting Stavanger AS and held various roles at EVRY as a Chief Business Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Business Consultant. Additionally, they were a Co-Founder at Akuform Norge and worked as a Consultant at Ernst & Young. Johnny also gained experience as an Assistant at Helse Vest and as a Junior Associate at Saxo Bank. Johnny Alexander started their professional journey as a Student Assistant at Copenhagen Business School and had a summer job at Bautas AS.

Johnny Alexander Gunneng has a diverse education history. Johnny Alexander obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School in 2010. In the same year, they also pursued a Master's degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Management from emlyon business school. Prior to their Master's degrees, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in 2008. In 2007, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they continued their studies in Economics and Business Administration. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued studies in History at the University of Bergen.

In terms of certifications, Johnny obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2016. In December 2014, they acquired the TOGAF 9 Certified certification from The Open Group. Furthermore, in January 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
