Marketing & Product Analyst at InfoTiles Digital Water

Thanh N. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. They started as a Digital Marketing Consultant, working as a freelancer with local businesses to create digital marketing plans using channels such as Google Adwords and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. In 2014, they joined Mytour Vietnam, a fast-growing company and subsidy of Recruit Holdings Co., where they held roles as a Product Analyst, Product Lead, and later as a Product Manager. They were responsible for product planning, execution, and working with cross-functional teams to balance user-centered design and business requirements. Thanh N. then worked at The Coffee House, a leading F&B company in Vietnam, as a Product Manager. In this role, they were involved in planning the product roadmap for the mobile app and performing data and usability analysis to enhance customer experiences. In 2021, Thanh N. joined the University of Stavanger as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Finally, they joined InfoTiles in 2022 as a Marketing & Product Analyst.

Thanh N. completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2010 to 2014. Then, Thanh N. pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Marketing and Analytics from the University of Stavanger, starting in 2020 and finishing in 2022. Currently, Thanh N. is studying Norwegian Language and Literature at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2022 onwards. Apart from formal education, Thanh N. also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2023. Thanh N. also obtained the Cybersecurity Foundations certification from IIBA and the Learning SQL Programming certification from LinkedIn, both in February 2023. Additionally, Thanh N. obtained certifications such as Hubspot Marketing Software and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2022. Earlier certifications include Explore Core Data Concepts in Microsoft Azure from Microsoft in February 2022, Google Analytics for Power Users from Google Analytics in December 2021, Tableau Analyst from Tableau Software in June 2021, and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor in March 2021.
