Dave Payne

Dave Payne has a long history of work experience in technical publications and user experience. Dave began their career in 1988 as a Writer, Manager, Documentation for WordPerfect Corporation. In 1995, they moved to Novell as Director, Business Applications Documentation. In 1996, they became Manager, Documentation for Corel Corporation. In 2000, they were Manager, User Experience for Intel. In 2002, they were Manager, Documentation and Human Factors for LANDesk Software. In 2011, they became Manager, Information Development for Symantec. In 2012, they were Technical Product Manager, User Experience for EVault. From 2014-2019, they were Director, Documentation Services for InfoTrax Systems. Currently, they are Senior Manager of Technical Publications for Accela.

Dave Payne attended the University of Utah from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
