Antone Balbo, PMP has over 30 years of experience in the fields of project management, business analysis, and compliance. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analyst for Infotrend Inc. From 2009 to 2021, they were a Sr. Management Consultant for Briarwood Consulting, where they served as a Contract Project Manager and Business Analyst for clients such as General Dynamics Information Technology, LIMRA International, and IFMG Securities. Antone was responsible for the disposition of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Beneficiary Eligibility Suite of Systems Transactions (BESST) HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System (HETS) legacy systems, developing user/system requirements and test plans/cases for multiple systems within the Medicare Secondary Payer Systems Contractor (MSPSC) Medicare contract, and project management for server build, user manuals and supporting documentation for Target Enterprise Architecture (TEA) implementation of the Health Care Quality Information System (HCQIS) program. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Consultant for ComplianceQuest Partners, LLC, providing compliance and related management consulting and services to the insurance and securities industry. From 2007 to 2009, they were also VP, NY Compliance for National Financial Partners (NFP), leading compliance efforts for 30 subsidiary insurance and employee benefits brokerage firms in the NY/NJ/CT/PA area. From 1988 to 2007, they were VP, Compliance for Prudential Financial, reporting directly to the CCO for Insurance Businesses and coordinating the development and implementation of systems solutions for retail broker dealer compliance and supervisory needs. Antone also held the role of VP, Operational Risk Management, developing and implementing risk management, control, and monitoring practices for systems organizations of multiple business lines. Additionally, they were a Program Manager/Functional Process Leader, leading the efforts of four large project teams in building a $25 million policyholder tax administration system, and a Business Analyst/Project Manager, responsible for understanding technical tax requirements, business product needs, and policy administration systems architectures.

Antone Balbo earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franklin & Marshall College between 1982 and 1987.
