Ebony Brown, PMP, ITIL v4, PSM I have over nine years of professional experience in the IT industry. Ebony began their career in 2013 as a Claims Consultant at CorVel Corporation, where they were promoted to Medical Claims Specialist and then to Litigation Support Specialist.
