Nang Kai has been working in the professional world since 2015. They began their career at Smartfix as a Technician and Sales Representative. In 2017, they moved to the USDA as a Records Management Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Infotrend Inc as a Docket Manager and Litigation Support Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Nang Kai is currently enrolled at Northern Virginia Community College. They have also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in various topics such as Cybersecurity, Agile Project Management, NFTs, Data Science, CompTIA Network+, Excel 2019, SharePoint, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Regular Expressions, and Tableau. The certifications were obtained between September 2021 and June 2022.
