SureshKumar Ramani

SureshKumar Ramani is the Director of Trading and Investment Solutions at InfoTrie. SureshKumar has over ten years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on algorithmic trading and portfolio management.

Ramani began their career as a Senior Consultant at Rivkin, where they developed Low Frequency Momentum and Mean revering models for Global Liquid FX, Indices and Commodity Portfolios, and automated trading with real fund. SureshKumar also researched and managed the Rivkin Local and Global Multi strategy Asset allocation model, which included Momentum, Value, Income, Blue-chip and pair trading. In addition, Ramani developed a Business Intelligence Application using PYTHON and SQL Server for Rivkin clients' account performance and discrepancies on both SAXO and CMC market accounts.

Ramani then spent three years as the Senior Director of Investment Products at OANDA India, heading a division that included Research planning, Product development, Trading infrastructure & automation setup, Portfolio Management, and Report Management. During their time at OANDA, Ramani played a key role in the integration of Multicharts trading software with the OANDA Broker platform (fx trade), followed by defining strategies for automating the newly integrated Multicharts software and REST API. SureshKumar was acknowledged for their efficient management of teams involved in resolution of issues by identifying bugs in API integration, catering to Medium and High-Risk Investment product portfolios by using Risk management tools

SureshKumar Ramani has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anna University, Coimbatore. SureshKumar also has a FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). SureshKumar has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Department) from CSI Collage of engineering, Ketti and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from NPA Centenary Polytechnic, Kotagiri, The Nilgris. SureshKumar is also certified by the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) in NCFM-Technical Analysis Module, NCFM-Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, NCFM-Capital Market (Dealers) Module, and NCFM-Commodities Market Module. Finally, they are certified by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives Certification Examination.
