Polina Panich

Polina Panich has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and project management. Polina is currently serving as the Head of People at InfoTrust since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cummins Inc. for over 14 years, holding various HR roles. From May 2019 to January 2021, they were an HR Leader, responsible for managing the company's human resources department. Before that, they served as the Compensation and Benefits Project Leader from October 2016 to January 2021. From December 2013 to October 2016, they held the position of Human Resources Leader. Polina also served as the Global HR Manager from January 2012 to November 2013, Plant HR Manager from October 2008 to December 2011, and HR Manager from June 2007 to October 2008. Prior to their time as an HR manager, they were an HR Generalist and Labor Relations Specialist at Cummins Inc. from March 2003 to 2007.

Polina Panich completed their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Polina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Biology, which they pursued from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university for the academic year 2001-2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Polina Panich has obtained several certifications. Polina obtained Meyers Briggs Type Indicator certification from The Meyers Briggs Company in July 2016, became an Organization Design and Diagnostic Facilitator certified by AlignOrg Solutions - Differentiation by Design® in April 2016, and received Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Cummins Inc. in December 2012.
