Kelly Hayes is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and psychology. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant and Team Lead at Infoverity since June 2019, Kelly has also held the Consultant position within the company. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at CAS from May 2017 to May 2019, focusing on providing technology support and solutions for a chemistry-based department using Perl, Java, and GUI development tools. An internship at Procter & Gamble in the summer of 2018 involved independently completing applications and integration projects, including the development of a text-based chatbot. Earlier roles include serving as a Research Assistant under Dr. Jennifer Crocker at The Ohio State University Department of Psychology, where knowledge of psychological research processes and data analysis was gained, as well as working as a Peer Expert in an introductory statistics course.
