Randy Dineen is a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at Infoverity since June 2021, focusing on connecting qualified applicants to internship and entry-level opportunities, performing end-to-end recruitment, and overseeing the summer internship program. Dineen has established relationships with university career development centers and co-leads the Culture Committee to enhance staff engagement. Previously, Dineen served as the Assistant Director for Industry Connections at The Ohio State University, coordinating recruiting initiatives and industry outreach. Additional roles included Career Coach, Chairperson for the University Career Services Council, and Board Member for the Volunteer Administrators Network of Central Ohio. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Ball State University.
