Paul Kleine-Kracht

Paul is a former InfoWorks consultant who returned to the company as CEO in 2022. His responsibilities include maintaining employee satisfaction, preserving high quality standards for the clients, and ensuring revenue and profit goals are met and exceeded each year.

Dedicated to continuous improvement in the face of rapidly evolving and changing markets, Paul utilizes a proactive approach in addressing and resolving problems. He has experience managing all levels of multiple projects, including budgeting and administration.

Paul has a 30-year career in consulting. His prior experience includes acting as Vice President, Director, and Partner at multiple organizations where he realized success growing client relationships, substantially increasing revenue, and developing new products and processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Bellarmine University and an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Paul is active in the Nashville community. He has served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity since 2012, for the Middle Tennessee Boy Scouts of America since 2013, and the Adventure Science Center since 2014.
