Jeff Angus

Jeff Angus, PMP, ACP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff started their career as a Senior Editor at InformationWeek, where they reported on various companies and technologies. During this time, they also wrote news stories, participated in features, and managed the freelance reviews process.

After their role at InformationWeek, Jeff worked as a Columnist for Knowledge Management magazine and then moved on to become the Director of Strategic Services at Lighthouse Consulting Group. In this role, they led the effort to expand the consultancy's practice range into strategic services.

Jeff also served as the Seattle Director at InfoTech 420, a center of excellence of The Data Works, Ltd. Jeff assessed business and technology requirements for legal, licensed Cannabusinesses and helped clients implement appropriate solutions.

Additionally, Jeff worked as an Instructor at SmartPath LLC, where they trained project managers and individuals aspiring to enter the profession. Jeff taught courses on project management and Agile methods.

Jeff also served as a Project Director/Senior Analyst at The Data Works, Ltd., where they worked on a data analytics service for K-12 school districts and county offices of education.

During their time at Cascadia College, Jeff served as an Organizational Change Manager/Project Manager, responsible for coordinating with the State Board for Community & Technical Colleges on an ERP implementation.

Jeff Angus, PMP, ACP has a BA+BA degree in Environmental Planning/Anthropology from Antioch College, which they completed from 1972 to 1974. Jeff also studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne and obtained a D.E. degree in 1972. In 1969 and 1970, they attended St. John's College. Jeff also has additional certifications, including Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), both obtained from the Project Management Institute.
