Sumit has led significant growth of the Corporate Finance practice by building industry-focused teams and creating expertise in accounts, credit control, legal, and secretarial functions. He has exposure to project financing, financial modeling, restructuring, working capital assessment, and deal negotiation. His strong transaction expertise in technology, retail, and B2B sector has further directed Infra.Market's industrial sector capabilities.

Having more than 10 years of experience, Sumit has handled projects worth over INR 250 Bn in the last 10 years while working with leading infrastructure players and investment banking firms. In the past, he was associated with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited. He brings exposure to various project advisory and structured finance mandates of leading projects across the country

A team player by spirit and sportsman by heart, Sumit has a keen interest in cricket and badminton. He is a Chartered Account & Company Secretary by qualification.
