Valery Balikoev

Valery Balikoev is the President of INFRA+fiber, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they founded INFRA Technology in 2009 and held multiple roles including founder, CEO, investor, and president.

Valery Balikoev pursued their education from 1975 to 1985 at 31 Moscow, where they completed the MIEM program, though the field of study is unspecified. Later, they attended MIEM from 1985 to 1993, completing their Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Mathematics.
