Ann Goossens

Ann Goossens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and IT services management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Workplace and Logistics at Infrabel since March 2015, Ann is responsible for internal communications, onboarding programs, support services, and logistics. Previously, Ann held roles such as ICT Chief Quality Officer at Fujitsu and Senior Service Delivery Manager where service delivery for large European contracts was managed. Experience also includes managing programs for Microsoft-based Groupware at Atos and various positions at Siemens, focusing on strategic collaborations in healthcare, proposal management, and outsourcing services.
