Luc Sillen

Luc Sillen has over two decades of experience in the railway and consulting industries, currently serving as the Manager for the Action Plan against Rail Suicide and Project Leader for Access to Railway at Infrabel since December 2010. The Access to Railway project centralizes vital information regarding access to railway tracks, enhancing the response capabilities of emergency and operational services. Previously, Luc held the position of Capacity Planner for long-term freight, where responsibilities included developing the annual transport plan for liberalized goods traffic while balancing capacity between passenger and freight operators. Prior to Infrabel, Luc worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Capgemini and as a Consultant at E&Y Consulting. Luc holds a Bachelor's degree in IT and Economics from Hogeschool PXL and completed earlier education at Heilig Graf Instituut.
