Olivier Philippe

Olivier Philippe has extensive experience in the railway infrastructure sector, currently serving as Area Manager for Infrastructure in South-East Belgium at Infrabel since September 1991. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, upkeep, and renewal of railway assets in the regions of Liège, Namur, Luxembourg, and Brabant Wallon, covering tracks, catenaries, signaling, civil engineering works, and buildings. Prior to this role, Olivier Philippe worked as a Project Manager at Transurb from January 2000 to December 2018, focusing on project management and expertise for international railway construction projects. Educational qualifications include a degree in civil engineering from the University of Liège, a coordinator in safety certification, and an architecture degree from Infrabel.
