Thibaut Goelff

Thibaut Goelff has extensive experience in the railway sector, particularly at Infrabel since May 2008, where multiple roles include Innovation, Digitization & Data Advanced Specialist and Principal Engineer focused on operations, asset performance, and innovation projects. Key contributions include developing a planning web application for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, leading the development of the "CoLT" web application for managing long-term railway work, and promoting data-centric innovation. Thibaut previously held roles in financial management, operational PMO setup, and engineering for overhead contact lines, utilizing advanced tools such as PostgreSQL, QGIS, and SAP for asset management and project planning.
