Bhagyashri Bhat is currently employed as Senior Associate - People Operations | HR Operations | People Management at InfraCloud Technologies since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Human Resources Generalist at Return On Web (ROW) from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were an HR Recruiter at Yogiraj Talent Acquisitions from 2017 to 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for recruitment, attendance and leave records. This included partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, performing reference and background checks, making recommendations to company hiring managers, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, following up on the interview process status, maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved, communicating employer information and benefits during screening process, serving as a liaison with area employment agencies and industry associations, and completing timely reports on employment activity.

Bhagyashri Bhat obtained their MBA in Human Resource from North Maharashtra University between 2015 and 2017.
