Isaac currently holds the position of VP Technology (Digital) & CISO at InfraCredit, where they are responsible for the overall oversight, direction, and management of Technology, Digital, and Cybersecurity for the organization. Isaac also managed technology infrastructure and applications, technology project and program execution, and technology cost and investment management. Additionally, they led the development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery management.

Before joining Deloitte, Isaac worked at Bank PHB Plc as Team Lead Data Center Management and Team Lead - IT Support. In these roles, they managed the bank's data center and disaster recovery site, handled budget planning for data center infrastructure and operation, and oversaw server and storage capacity planning and management. Isaac also led the installation and management of servers and enterprise operating systems, as well as the management of Active Directory and messaging infrastructure.

Isaac's early career includes positions as a Senior System & Network Engineer at Automation Nigeria Limited and a System & Network Engineer at Compagx Technologies. In these roles, they were responsible for installing, supporting, and troubleshooting computer workstations and configuring and supporting Windows operating systems.

In addition, they completed the Leading Organizational Change Program from Harvard Business School Online, earning a Management & Leadership Certificate.

Isaac is an Associate Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) and an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and DRI International, respectively. Isaac also obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Deloitte, the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco, and the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM. Furthermore, they hold certifications in ITILv3 from APMG-International and Information Security Management System (ISMS)- Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer from PECB. Isaac Agunbiade is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
