Carlo Guzman

Carlo Guzman is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in renewable energy and project management. Currently, Carlo serves as Operations Manager at Sempra Infrastructure, overseeing the operations and maintenance of a significant solar PV portfolio, while also managing the profit and loss budget for the Power and Storage division at IEnova. Previous roles include Asset Manager & Commercial Operations at Zuma Energía and Energy Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where Carlo focused on energy management systems and efficiency networks. Early career experiences involved conducting feasibility studies for sustainability projects at ABB and supporting renewable energy initiatives at EnBW.
