Chuck has extensive experience in the energy sector, disaster resilience, and smart grid solutions. Chuck has held various roles in consulting, business development, and management across different organizations and universities. Chuck's expertise lies in promoting public-private collaboration for the protection of Critical Infrastructure and advancing national security.
