Sandy Moul

Sandy Moul has been involved in various executive roles within different companies over the years. Currently serving as the Executive Director at InfraGard National Members Alliance, Sandy also founded and serves as President of Emblem Communications. With experience as President Emeritus and Advisory Board Member at InfraGard San Diego, Sandy has a background in public relations as the Vice President at K-COMM, Inc. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
