Borislav Traykov

Borislav Traykov has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and software engineering. Borislav currently holds the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at Infragistics, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cognyte from 2016 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Team Leader.

In 2018, Borislav worked at Preferrals (by Code Agents) as a QA & DevOps Tipster, where they provided pre-screened profiles of IT candidates to participating companies.

Before that, they served as a QA & Test Team Leader at Fourth from 2015 to 2016, where they evaluated testing frameworks and tools and created test cases for an Enterprise-level WinForms-based application.

From 2014 to 2015, Borislav worked as a Software Engineer at Milestone Systems, and from 2010 to 2014, they held positions at Infragistics as Principal Software Engineer - Engineering Services and Senior Software Engineer in Test.

Borislav started their career at Metalife AG in 2007 as an SQL Server Database Developer, where they worked on a client-server database replication application and performed database design and optimization.

Borislav's earliest work experience was at Ancient Media in 2005, where they held various roles, including Technical Support Engineer and Sales Representative. Borislav provided technical support and assistance to customers during this time.

Borislav Traykov completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Technical University Sofia, spanning from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they pursued their 2nd degree of professional high school education in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia. In addition to their formal education, Borislav also obtained a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn in January 2022.
