Jarkko Hämäläinen

Jarkko Hämäläinen has an extensive work experience spanning over the past 19 years. Jarkko began their career in 2002 as a Head of Consulting and Senior Consultant for Kelly Computer Systems. In 2005, they joined Nokia as a Senior Business Program Manager and was later promoted to Senior Program Manager. In 2010, they became a Leading Mentor at CxO Mentor, where they mentored leaders in key positions and developed a new Strategic Development Method. In 2012, they founded Tridify Ltd, a company that combines game technologies for the benefit of traditional businesses. In 2014, they founded Leading Edge Mentoring Ltd, where they mentored executives in disruptive change, digital transformation and global growth. In 2017, they co-founded Neosmart Health Ltd and 3CTOS. In 2020, they became Chief Strategy Officer & Mentor at Infrakit and CEO & Founder at True Routa. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder and Board Member at Routa Digital.

Jarkko Hämäläinen began their education in 1992 at Äänekosken Lukio, where they completed the Matriculation examination in Mathematics. In 1995 and 1996, they attended RUK and earned a Reserve Officer School degree in Engineering. From 1997 to 2001, they attended JAMK University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and studies in Business Administration. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they attended HAMK University of Applied Sciences and earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Strategic Leadership.
