Bal Aujla

Bal Aujla currently serves as the Director of Advanced Research and Engineering at InfraPartners, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Bal held significant positions at BlackRock from May 2020 to June 2025, including Director and Head of Innovation Labs, leading initiatives that leveraged AI and Cloud technologies to enhance investment opportunities and operational efficiencies. Bal's experience also includes roles at Shell Global, British Gas, and Lifecycle Sourcing, where expertise in program management and change leadership was demonstrated across various sectors, including smart metering and telecommunications. Notable achievements include managing the global migration to Skype for Shell and overseeing the rollout of critical SAP programs at British Gas. Bal began the career in program management with a solid educational background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Essex.
