Harqs Singh

Harqs Singh is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as CTO and COO at Infrapartners since July 2024, Harqs previously held the position of Managing Director at BlackRock, where responsibilities included leading the Innovation Office and providing strategic advisory for Infrastructure Funds. Prior to BlackRock, Harqs worked at Thomson Reuters, where innovative IT services were introduced and Big Data strategies executed. Additionally, experience encompasses roles at BT, driving significant investment strategies and enhancing operational governance. Harqs holds a First Class degree in Computer Science and Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
